Business Excellence Assessment
The programme offers organisations a specially developed tool for assessing their business excellence. This tool helps identify the special strengths and key areas for improvement. All participating organisations receive a feedback report validated by SPRING to help them in their journey of excellence and sustain competitiveness.
Business Excellence Recognition
Organisations that have a sound foundation for business excellence can seek recognition through the Singapore Quality Class award. This award recognises organisations for their commitment to achieving business excellence. These organisations can use the Singapore Quality Class logo on their letterheads, name cards, brochures and advertisements to distinguish themselves in the market.
Business Excellence Network
Singapore Quality Class organisations will have access to a network of organisations committed to business excellence. They will be connected to leading organisations in the country. They will be able to participate in special business excellence journey programmes, such as Development Workshops and Learning Circles, where the best practices of leading organisations are shared. These activities help review and sharpen the focus of improvement activities on the business excellence journey.
