Withdrawals (or Termination)
A Student, who wishes to be transferred from APMI to another school or to return to his or her native country for whatever reasons, shall be deemed to have terminated from the program and withdrawn from their school.
Students who wish to withdraw (or terminate) from the program after commencement shall give APMI notice in writing and state the reason(s) for withdrawal. If the Student submits a withdrawal before the term commencement date, a full refund of the forthcoming term fees will be refunded.
We shall not accept verbal notice given by the Student.
Refund Policy
All Non-Tuition fees are not refundable. Tuition fees paid before or after commencement of the program are refundable subject to the following:
- 100% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before the commencement date.
- 100% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received before but not more than 60 days before the commencement date.
- 6% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received after but not more than 3 days after the commencement date.
- 6% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 3 days but not more than 7 days after the commencement date.
- 0% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 7 days after the commencement date.
Apart from additional fees, students are liable to pay (where applicable) fees that are imposed by the government authorities.
All requests pertaining to fee refund matters are to be submitted to the Director for Approval. |
